The Trust Building is called the Jewel of Downtown. It is also the centerpiece of the historic downtown district. The building was dedicated in 1189. This building is another example of Romanesque Revival architectural style. This building exprienced two fires in the late 1990s. It is offered for sale by a not for profit redevelopment corporation, whose members would like to see this beautiful building to be used. After the restoration plan is approved, the building would cost nothing to buy. However, you need to have lots of money. After obtaining restoration grants, you will need to have 1.5 million dollars to restore this building. I really like this building. I wish this building would find a good owner. It would be good to have this building saved. More information about this building can be found at www.sedaliatrust.com
A fantastic capture of a glorious building - so hoping it can be rescued and restored! I'm really enjoying your black and white series for the challenge!
