I am always bringing some nature item inside with me. I noticed that this milkweed pod was opening up and the seeds were beginning to bly away. It was time for its photo opp. This fit in perfectly with the day and my daily challenge. It was a gray, dreary, cold, winter day. Therefore, it was not an ideal day for me to photograph outside. I am doing photographic exercises from the book, Extraordinary Everyday Photography. Today's exercise from Chapter 2 was to photograph texture--textures that are more than the object itself. I photographed just the fibers of the seed "wings", but I liked this one the best.
