Vine Post by daisymiller

Vine Post

In the summertime, vines grown on this post by the shed. In the wintertime, the remains of the vines can be seen on the post.
You can see how the plant really sticks to the pole! Not good if its the wall of a house!

@maggiemae No, this vine would not be good on a house. There is a nearby shed. I discourage the vine from growing on the shed.

@milaniet Thank you. I am beginning to learn what subjects will look good in BW, but sometimes I really make a mistake.

@congaree Thank you. When the leaves on the vine died last Autumn, I spied these marks left from the vine. I thought they were unusual too.

@sangwann @deborah63 Thanks to both of you. From this angle, the vine leftovers do look like flowers. From another angle, they do not look so much like flowers.

@pyrrhula Thank you.

@sailingmusic Thanks. It would be cool if frost looked like this on the post. I have seen frost on the post only once or twice. The frost looked more like a covering of frosted ice.
