This building was built in 1870. It has housed stores and apartments and a hotel. The locals know this building as the JC Penny Store. However, that store moved out of the downtown area in 1975. I know this building as the Commercial Building. It was renovated in 2011. The first story houses offices. One- and two-bedroom apartments are located on the second and third stories.
