This building was built in 1910 and originally housed Tampa's streetcars. It was just renovated (opened about a week ago) into a mixed used commercial facility. Part is event space, another part co-shared work space, while other parts is a marketplace for food, restaurants and bars. I love how they kept the historic look of the building. Such a fun place to explore. http://armatureworks.com/history/
This is such a marvelous photo. It’s always so wonderful to me when the developers retain a building’s and provenance as much as they can. I love those motors above the work area!
I would like to fav this image twice.
This picture is wonderful. How the colours, shapes, chiaroscuro and lines are treated, how the image area is organized - superb. The "unadorned" view of a reality is at the same time embedded in a great pictorial aesthetic. It is good to see a picture that shows "reality," even if it does not satisfy a superficial need for "beautiful things."
Excellent work.
very nice processing!
