I asked my mom how long the exhibit I want to see is going on (on a very quick visit to midtown). I got my answer driving past the museum on my way home. I have until May. Whew!
This sign is on the face of the High Museum in Atlanta. The sculpture on the lawn is by Calder (one of my favs), and I was hoping I could get in a sign shot with one of my favorite sculpture installations. The green grass is a bit too vivid perhaps, but I didn't have much time--I felt that processing might make the photo feel like a poster its self. Not sure if it achieved the effect. I took the shot at the red light. So I had to get it very quickly!
I, too, love Calder.
