This fishing scene is made from a "Can Hunger" project annually put on by local architecture firms in Atlanta--all of the exhibits use cans from local stores to create a scene and a theme. This was something along the lines of "teach a man to fish." Very creative. Might be best viewed large? :)
Amazing. I am always so fascinated by the talent of artists that can create an image like this ....the imagination and creativity is astounding. Well captured and presented. Just amazing..thanks for sharing it!
This is amazing, and I hope they donate those cans to charity afterwards. I didn't know there was a mundane tin can challenge, but that explains why @Taffy was photographing a sardine can!
@jyokota Yes, all cans are donated. It's an annual competition between Atlanta's architects to raise awareness. There are donation tubs by each sculpture in the food court of an office complex right where my mother lives. I went to have dinner with her and to tour this year's entries! It's being dismantled today and all of the cans will go to local food distribution networks. It's a good thing. :) honestly, I didn't know there was the can challenge either until after I posted. So I tagged. :)
