My mother-in-law passed away before I could get here Christmas Day. We are all very sad, but I'm meeting her friends and I'm held warmly by their stories and love for her.
I return Monday, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to take time to finish uploading photos perhaps in the New Year. I have taken photos each day, but it's raining all the time (something that apparently never happens in this city but once ever five years). Tears for Paula.

Sorry to hear the bad news. You sure took on a tough job on your own, and you and your family have my sympathy. What a strange object to keep in a bedroom.
