Anniversary cake

Today we went to a 'pot luck' lunch to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Our dear neighbours (who are both 91) celebrated their 70th anniversary. They had a lovely day with their large family and were thrilled to have cards from the Queen and NZ Prime MInister. The cake was a team effort - 'Mrs' assembled the ingredients, and 'Mr' did the mixing. The family helped ice the cake and each daughter (there are 6) made a rose to help decorate it.
