Manuka

These are manuka (tea tree) flowers. Bee hives that are near to manuka flowers produce great honey - it has a lovely flavour (especially creamed honey) and has antibiotic properties.

Lovely shot Dianne. Manuka honey is my very favourite honey. I've been really annoyed by the scarcity (and price) since it's become fashionable and sought-after. I'd been eating it for years, and prepared to pay top (honey) price for it. But not niche market price!!
