Today was the 'Sand to Mud' run. This is an eight km run from the West Coast to the Manukau Harbour. It is a Lion's Club fundraiser and is in its 41st year. The first two km is steeply uphill, then the rest isn't so difficult. In the image are the members of our family that ran today - left to right, Jesse, Jodi, Kate and Brooke. They all did very well and I think Jodi may have been the second woman home.
