A friend of ours has his beehives on our place. Today, he brought us these jars of golden honey. The honey will be a mix of clover and manuka (tea tree). Roll on breakfast!
When I was a kid, dad used to get through 120lbs of honey a year. It came to us in 30lb tins and was dark and very strong and coarse, so the rest of us didn't really help him eat it.
