Shifting the heifers

I have been under the weather a bit after having my tonsils out, but today went for a wee wander and helped shift the heifers - they are so tame and were following Chook around (mainly because they knew he was letting them into the next paddock!).

Young girls like these like nothing more than to follow you around .. When I was a kid I can remember turning around and saying 'Boo'.. the would jump and then start following again ..

A wonderful photo of “the girls”! I read that having a tonsillectomy after the age of 21 is considered major surgery and can take at least 6 weeks recovery time. I hope you are feeling better every day.

@golftragic thanks. In actual fact we are just grazing them for a dairy farmer, but you can’t help but get attached to them.
