Silage by dide

Silage

Josh is still flat out baling silage. This is on a farm near to the coast and the soil is very sandy. It dries out very quickly over the summer. Of interest in this image is the blue haze in the distance - smoke from the fires in Australia. So horrible for all the people who lost houses and property, not to mention the poor families of those whose lives were lost.
love these farming scenes

Wonderful farm scene. I’m so sorry about all the fires and their aftermath. It’s been such a bad fire season for Australia.
