One of the things I love about this site is the way different people see the same thing differently. Anyone else out there aware of a shot they took that someone else had already taken, or that someone else shot after you took yours?
Here's another same subject - different photographer
@webfoot That sculpture is so cool in both photos. Do you mean of the exact same subject? Or just very similar pictures? I don't shoot many landmarks and such, and no one every really shoots with me, so not really on the exact-same subject.
@sophiesproject What in the world are those? Both pictures, again, are so cool! I love how different they are.
I shot this a week ago:
and had to laugh because just a day or two before I'd seen this picture from @fueast:
I am lucky that my same subject photographer completely inpires me to do better urban shots, now I just have to go out with the tripod and take more evening shots.

forgive me, but am i missing the plot? I thought the idea was to get a similar pic from two different photographers' POV - not from one photographer's two POVs ?!! And, my apologies to those above who followed the idea "to the letter" :)
@kwiksilver You are correct. Same exact subject, different photographers. Animals would be difficult, but I do know my flamingo was the same one that Lorihiro was shooting, because we were shooting it at the same time.
@lorihiro And you are too kind. Did you get a shot of Billy the Elephant that day?
@sdpace@atalitude
Fabulous shots. Amazing how something can look so different from the different angles you chose. I was looking at Stacy's and thinking that I wasn't sure what that thing on its arm was, but you can definitely tell it's a little bird from the other shot. Very cool, both shots.
I posted this last night and got comments from around the globe that they had seen the same thing moon and planet, did anyone else post one too?? @tamsg4 you have to post yours now! :)
...I went to go look and the 3 are in a different position tonight! Still cool and I still can't get a better pic than this without a better camera lol. ;) It's the moon, Jupiter & Venus aparently.
@yearofcorrigan How amazing that we both took the photo of Princess Square on the exact same spot! I took photos from 3 different POVs but thought this one was the best, glad you agreed!
@zshadowwalker i missed this notification , probably tied up amongst the million of tag challenge vote notes i am getting :) very cool shot! and with a ISS too!! nice
@cheribug can see what you are looking at thou, nice, cracks me up how everyones moon is on a different angle depending on which side of the earth we all are :) one of the best tips i have gotten for photographing the moon is someone said take it like its the sun, short exposure etc, althou to get the star as well a little tweeking needs doing but not much
My mum @juliehill .....
then I found a similar photo at @meda mihailescu
peter's @peterdegraaff - - - so lovely!

One of my favorite pictures the last couple of months was this one of Portland Head Lighthouse:
I did a tag search for lighthouse and found a couple more. I'm sure there are many more since lots of people (like me) don't tag pictures.
