I have a tremendous amount of pride in the work of the people that I follow and in the potential of other photographers that I see. It is truly wonderful to see the world through the eyes of neighbors, of whom I've never met. It's a privilege to share this with you. To see what you see and to follow where you go. This honor is something that I do not take for granted. Bravo to all of us who continue to capture life in a moment. I'm proud to be a part of this project and to share our time together. It's as simple as that... I am very proud of these projects. x Betsie
That's a really nice comment Betsies. We are lucky to "see the world through the eyes of neighbors" -- some days it's like having a metaphysical experience. It's nice when people like you write narrative to go with the photos. This adds a lot to the whole experience. I'm going to try to do that! Thanks for being one of my four followers! ;)

@eyesofbetsie so agree betsie. Im about 5 months in and love this community. Its so interesting seeing the lives of people from such different walks of life to myself through their own eyes.

Betsie....you're awesome...you say what we are thinking. I love the learning and sharing that goes on here. Matters not what our bodies look like, our schooling, or language....we share and we learn. Love it.
Agreed, Betsie - in more ways than I can find words to express. Here's something to consider. . .I feel so blessed to have stumbled across your photos near the very beginning of your 365 journey and look forward to seeing your art every day. Just think how many people are on the site who we simply just do not have the time to find and follow??? I wonder if we should start up a weekly discussion to highlight someone new, someone special in a thread regularly? Not necessarily to follow, just to "shine a bright light" on. . . I see these occassionally in discussions, but maybe we should think about something more regular, consistent. Any ideas?

@eyesofbetsie What a MARVELOUS thread! We really are a fortunate circle here under this banner. We make new friends and arm-chair travel... I'm happy to cheer on my followers and appreciate every comment I receive There's something to look forward to every day and a challenge to be met...it doesn't get better than that!.
