This is weird. When I tried to upload a photo to this site, right when I clicked the option to add dates and tags, it just took me right back to the dashboard. Is there something wrong with the site today? because this has never happened before.
i've been trying to upload my photo for the last 15 minutes and it won't upload. i tried using the basic uploader (or whatever it is called) and i got the same result: it just took me right back to the dashboard. maybe @Scrivna (if he's still awake - it is afterall midnight in that part of the world) can shed some light into this or maybe check what's happening?
Yes, the same thing happened to me rjust now. I was able to load one photo to one album & then when I did the same to another album, the whole thing just vanished as I confirmed it. will try again.

Oh great! I thought it was just me. I've always loaded my photos from my phone by emailing them through, and have just sent 3 pics through and they haven't appeared. Hope it fixes soon!
I uploaded earlier today so I didn't have problems then, but tonight I did notice the commenting was going slowly for a bit. There may have been some site maintenance going on before. I know in the past when I've encountered problems like this that's what it was.
I havn't tried yet, but glad I read this to be warned. Hate computer problems and probably would've banged on it a few times trying to get it to work :-0
Yes, I'm still having some issues when it comes to commenting. I also remember recently someone saying that there was going to be some sort of solar activity throughout July and August that also might affect internet and other electronic communications- so maybe that's a possibility too.
I tried to upload again but this time, I RIGHT CLICKED on the confirmation link and told it to open in another browser tab. It worked and I was able to title and tag my picture. Hopefully this might work for you too!

i uploaded about 5 photos and then on the 6th photo, the same thing happened to mine that happened to yours. i had thins happen once about 3 weeks ago...?
I have 3 minutes til midnight and can't upload, same thing is happening as Sam's problem. I was having a problem with seeing the PP page, but that is fixed. Help, Ross, please.
@bernicrumb I tried the RIGHT CLICK - new tab, new window that didn't work either. it opens Dashboard again. What about e-mailing it, does that work, I never did that before.
It's happened to me too and it seems to be occurring with images that exceed 5mb. My husband suggested cropping or re-saving as a smaller file and it seems to work. I know I've uploaded pictures with a file size greater than 5mb in the past but maybe this is no longer possible!
Glad to hear others are having the same problem with uploads. I still cannot upload. From my Apple ipad I send the photo to the email address, I'm not sure if this is making a difference or not. Today I do get a return email that it failed, yesterday I did not. Writing in from California on Friday night.
Me too, can't upload via the email from iPad. Other iPad users - I have managed to upload via the basic uploader using a different browser - iCab Mobile.
Good Morning, yes all fixed, Uploads are working from my ipad via the email address. Thanks so much for keeping us updated. A big thumbs up for the folks who worked on the issues the past few days. Cheers.
