This weekend is the RSPB's big bird watch, where you count how many birds you get in your garden or park etc in one hour. have a look on their website if you fancy a go. Let me know how you get on & post if you get any nice photo's.
I did this today Blackbird, Dunnock, Blue Tits, Robin and a blackcap in the hour,
I sometimes see more in the hour, I do this every week for the BTO garden bird watch survey
I did it! Seemed to have lower numbers of birds than most days but I saw goldfinches, robins, dunnocks, great tits, coal tits, blue tits, long tailed tits, jackdaws, starlings, chaffinches, blackbirds and collared doves.

I saw a red kite in mine! Ok, it was in my boyfriends' garden, but I was staying there at the time :) We also got some blue tits, chaffinches and two robins.
Awful photos as I just grabbed a quick shot through the tinted double-glazing, and they were a long way away.
