Is anyone else having trouble with their keyboard and typing on 365? I keep having to restart my MacBook Pro to be able to leave a comment or make changes on a post because I cannot type. I was on the phone for hours with an Apple tech but it is still not working so I wanted to know if anyone else was having the same experience? It is so frustrating and more time consuming. This is the only site where I am having trouble.
I have been trouble on my MacBook Pro for a least a month now. After I upload my image I have to quit Safari to be able to type my description. If I want to make a change I have to quit and open the browser again too. At least I don’t have restart my computer like you do. That must be infuriating.
@gardenfolk
I had a problem a few days ago with my MacBook Pro in that my photos were all blank, turning it off and on again sorted that.
A couple more things I would do if I have a problem with just one website.
Open Safari, click on the "Safari" tab at the top, go to Preferences/Privacy/Manage Website Data.
In the Search box type “365project.org", it should appear in the box below, click on it then click on “Remove” bottom left hand corner.
Then click on Done bottom right hand corner.
You will have to sign in again as I think it removes cookies?!
DO NOT click on “Remove All” unless you want to clear every website you have visited.

If that doesn’t sort it I would run First Aid which sorts some problems.
Go to Finder/Applications/Utilities/ Double click on Disk Utility.
Click on First Aid tab at the top and then click on Run.
This has also sorted problems for me.
..and of course turning on and off often helps.
My MacBook is early 2015 so things might be a little different on yours.
I don't think doing either of the above should cause a problem but you may want to check it out first.
So frustrating for you, I hope you can resolve the problem.
I have been having the same problem on my Mac but not on my phone or iPad. Signing out and then back in fixes the problem each time but it’s frustrating to have to be doing that.
@rosie00 Thank you so much! I will try your advice next. I was on with Apple for hours, turning everything off and on, finally reinstalling the software and I thought it was fixed...NOT. This is the only place I am having an issue and only on the Mac, not my iphone.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond No...I have not. I wanted to see if anyone else was having trouble or if I was an isolated incident. But I will next. Thank you.
@gardenfolk It sounds a lot to ask you to reinstall the software just because one website is a problem. It was Apple who told me to run First Aid when I phoned them some years ago with a problem, seems to tidy things up.
@gardenfolk sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Do you have any extensions installed in your browser at all? For example Grammarly, I find that can interfere with pages and cause strange issues.
@gardenfolk I have that problem on Arcamax.com and have figured out it is because there are ads constantly loading behind the initial page and everything pauses while the new page loads. I’m not sure if that could be the case for you on 365, but maybe something else on your browser is loading and holding you up.
@rhernan No, Ross. No extensions. I don't even know what an extension is!?! But, I will say I don't have any. I was on the phone with Apple tech for hours turning things off and back on, running a safe test and finally re-installing the software. I still think I am having the issue. I can post and write text but if I hit edit or try to post any comments afterwards, I have to turn off the Mac and turn it back on constantly.
