This challenge starts Monday October 13th and will run until Sunday October 26th. Photos to be considered for the challenge should be taken and posted within that time frame. Please tag your shots technique32.
Constructive & kind feedback is encouraged. Feel free to share tips, suggestions or how you were able to get the terrific photo you did. Posting your photo on this thread is encouraged but not required.
This community inspires me daily with stunning and creative photos so I can't wait to see the amazing images I know you all will create!
My favorite silhouette. Must have bright sun to backlight an object, like the Statue of Liberty. Here, I put the sun right behind her head for a halo effect.
Another example, from this week. I just plonked the wooden houses on the table and waited, and waited.. ..until eventually the sun dropped below the clouds and blasted through my houses making lovely shadows.
@mbemis as stated above

It is getting back to the same time of year where this spot is great for silhouettes in the afternoon.
