Week 6 starts tomorrow, Monday February 6th ,and this week the theme is:
Artistic: Candy
A throwback to one of the favourite weeks of the original challenge. Your artistic inspiration this week is candy. Since this is the advanced challenge… you can’t actually use candy in the scene.

This was definitely one of my favourite themes last year – but they’ve made it a real challenge this time around by forbidding the use of real actual candy… this should be interesting!
How did everyone get on last week? I loved all the collages :)
Re: Tags – please remember to tag your pics with the tag I’ve provided above, as well as any other tags you see fit. The ones in these posts are included so that we can all find each others’ images here on 365.
I’ve added everyone to the list who has asked to be included – but if I’ve left anyone out, please let me know and I’ll add you.
Enjoy this week’s theme everyone, and feel free to share your images in the thread :)
tx Mel... i am totally flummoxed by this week's challenge.. since there are no real "rules" i figure just about anything goes, so will work on coming up with something outside the box for this!
@northy I'm a bit perplexed myself... outside the box is probably the only option! @hunnybee We can't use actual candy. Soooo it has to be something that suggests candy or represents candy without actually being candy...

I'm thinking of it like a "portrait without the person". At least that's how I read it. It does fall under the artistic category- so there really is a lot of wiggle room as to how you interpret it.
This week has confused me too. Have had a look at the flickr page to see what sort of photo's people are putting on ...... I obviously have no imagination!!!!
Candy canes made of mozzarella cheese and tomatoes ..... fruit with sugar on to look like fruit jellies ..... etc.
