Found a snowy owl

It’s late in the season in Michigan to be looking for snowy’s, but got lucky and found this one before he/she heads north until next winter.

I'm always fascinated by photos of owls. We have owls in the UK, of course, but tend not to see them in daylight hours on the whole, though we do have some diurnal species I believe.
