My 2015 Resolution: Pedometer

At the beginning of this year, I resolved to do my best to walk at least 10,000 steps (which equals 5 miles!) on 6 days of each week. So far this year I have walked some beautiful nearby parks, as well as walked quite a lot around my own yard and inside my house. My best total so far is 13,686 steps. By doing this, so far I have lost 1.5 inches on my waist and hips ...the two measurements that mean the most to me!
Way to go!!! That is a high goal and one you seem up to meeting!! Good on you for keeping it up and loosing the inches!!! Keep it up and Congratulations!!! FAV!
