2015 July 19: The blooms on these Four O'clocks are supposed to open in the late afternoon, but it is usually around 8:00 in the evening before I see them start to open. Rather than responding to light/darkness, these flowers actually respond to temperature changes; the blooms begin opening when the heat of the day subsides.
Such a pretty color yellow!! Very smart flowers, not opening until it cools down!!! Have never seen these before but really think they are pretty!! Nice details and lighting! FAV!
