2015 July 26: Several days ago we picked some of our onion crop; currently these are curing outdoors on a table on our kitchen deck. Tonight I was happy that I could just go out on my deck and retrieve a couple to use in the stew that I cooked for our Sunday supper.
Oh yummmmmm!! I use onions in everything I cook nearly!! Did you plant any Vidalias? I love the white onion the best, because I think they are the strongest tasting, but love the red ones for side dishes or to eat raw in salads or with catfish!!! Yours all look so good, onions cooking make me hungry instantly!! FAV!
