2017.09.28 Thursday: I am not much of a "morning person," but - finding myself up well before sunrise - I decided to take this rare opportunity for a photo of the sunrise.
The outdoor air was crisp and cool (a wonderful start to what turned out to be a rather hot day!). The darkness finally gave way to morning light that revealed low clouds floating over the mountain and a gorgeous range of colors as the sun rose in the sky.
