2017.11.03 Friday: Each year at this time, Operation Green Team hosts a native plant giveaway-away ...They also grill hot dogs and give popcorn and bottles of water to all who attend this downtown event.
This year the free plant was White-flowered dogwoods. We already have 14 of these planted in our yard -- but decided that we could find a place for 3 more!
We had a wonderful time walking around downtown, and eating our food outdoors with the rest of the crowd.
