Lighting the Candles

2017.12.10 Sunday: Yesterday we drove through Park Boulevard in late afternoon as people were lighting the candles.

We needed to see this beautiful scene early so we could start the 90-minute drive back home, but everyone else waited until nightfall to drive through the luminaries ...so we had a nice clear view to ourselves. It was an awesome sight!
