2018.04.11 Wednesday: Even though more cold weather is on its way, spring is well underway in my area. Today was a beautiful day.
My son is diligently working on getting our garden ready to plant, as April 15 is our usual last-expected frost date. Today he did some weeding and rebuilt the trellis on which we grow our watermelon, as recent strong winds blew it over.
My son and daughter-in-law just finished putting in their first garden this year. They're very excited about what it's going to produce. It looks like yours is going to produce a bountiful harvest too- how nice you someone to help keep it in tip-top shape too! I can't have a garden- too many critters. But we have a fantastic farmer's market so I can still enjoy fresh produce.
