Armadillo

2018.07.28 Saturday: While walking about in the Botanical Gardens with my family near sunset today, we were quite surprised to see an armadillo foraging in the woods. He didn't seem to mind our presence; he just calmly walked away as if he thought that we hadn't noticed him.

These animals are so unique! My parents lived in Texas for awhile and my mother had an Armadillo purse! When I would out it was made from a real Armadillo, it creeped me out so I sold it in a yard sale...
