2018.09.23 Sunday: During the fireworks display featured in yesterday's photo, this man was stationed at a safe distance on the field to be certain that none of the sparks caused a fire in the (now-emptied!) stands. Only once that I noticed did he have to send in a crew to extinguish the embers.
