Arderne Gardens are close by on Claremont Main Road. They are also probably the most photographed gardens in Cape Town because it's a very popular place to have your wedding photos taken.
Saturday and Sunday afternoons in Arderne are an event. There were six wedding parties there this afternoon. All the brides were in full length white dresses. Most of the men wore suits, or tails. No party appeared to have less than four adult bridesmaids. The number of flower girls and boys was beyond my ability to keep track.
This is the start of my involvement in Annie's "A to Z of your country". My challenge is not going to be what to take. It's going to be what to leave out!

Nice start here. I hear you on "what to leave out" and fully understand as I face it most days. I have more to choose from then not. That's a good thing though, right? ;-)
