Welcome to Olly the cocker spaniel in his new home with my friends Sarah and Patrick and their two daughters. I helped out by driving with Patrick and Izzy over to St Mary’s Cray to collect Olly - a bit of a trek. He is a gift from the ‘Starlight Magic’ charity to Izzy who has a number of health issues due to her premature birth thirteen years ago. There is a lot of evidence that dogs can be very beneficial to children and adults with disabilities.

Olly is absolutely gorgeous - I did feel a bit like popping him in my bag and smuggling him home and here is the evidence that he simply loved the tags on my Keen walking sandals.
He will be the most darling dog to have for Izzy. She will love him and he will love her - a giving of love!

He looks a darling, Emma, and I love this picture of him gnawing your sandals. So nice of you to fetch him for the family adopting him--hope he and Izzy are great with each other! Animals can do so much for us. This is a fav of course!
