Ok, so this is a bit of a grab shot. Colin made our favorite salad - we got the recipe from a little pizza place which visited in Kaikoura in New Zealand in 2012. It comprises of chard (known as silver beet in New Zealand so it us a while to realise it is actually chard) as the main ingredient. Also flaked almonds, parmesan shavings, diced pear with a dressing of fresh mint, olive oil and Dijon mustard. It is absolutely delicious and this mixing bowl of salad went in one sitting!
This looks and sounds delicious.
