25th April 2016

I’m working hard on my Associate panel for the Royal Photographic Society today. I’ve decided that the panel will be more effective in black and white but it is difficult to print without a colour cast even when using grey-scales.

I needed a break and so went out to do the monthly card count at Waterstones and was pleased to find that another +50 have sold over the past month. This is a view of the rapidly changing sky above Watts Lane which I’ve over-saturated as a contrast to my B&W work! Today it has alternated between bright sunshine and then absolutely hammering downpours, I timed my count with a brief dry period.
great colour
