Oh dear. Despite some almost enjoyable clothes washing sessions whilst away, we appear to have at least four washes to work through. Most of the day was spent putting things away and catching top with emails.
I also finally managed to make the payment for our meal in Heidelberg that did not go through whilst we were there. It is an international payment so I hope all is well. I couldn’t ignore it as the young woman serving us was so nice and I didn’t want her to get in trouble. This is a photo of the grass which is testament to the amount of rain that has clearly fallen here during our absence - the colour reminded me of being in the Black Forest and the lushness of the valleys.
