Here is a different, softer duo-tone attempt. There has been no other processing made on this shot than the colour processing. The texture is the original texture of the rough plaster wall. The dark blue area is the area illuminated by the lamp, and the creamy area is the original darkness zone remaining in the night shadow

Such a good contrast of colours. Do you think it would be possible to produce one of these stark duo-tones without having to do any processing? I guess you would just have to be really lucky to find a suitable subject. :)
