The third shot was made a few hours later in another spot. I tried to get a more transversal view of the wavelet and to capture some of the landscape around. Therefore the water on the left is running extremely close to the camera and you can see the suspended droplet projections again. You also get the dimension fooling created by the forced perspective between the wavelet and the landscape behind.
This was a lot of fun, and my camera did not get hurt. I will have to try again on a sunny day with better light and more colours.
