A view from the top

of the Louisiana State Capitol. I cheated on this one. I took it last June and converted it to B&W for Flashofred2019. It was harder than I thought to take a week of pictures of the Mississippi River. Weather (and life) gets in the way sometimes!

It's perfectly fine to dip in the archives as far as I'm concerned! I'd rather people enjoy the challenge than feel obligated to follow every detail to a T. The black and white rendition of this picture gives it the feel of a documentary. Nicely captured.
