I have been wanting to photograph this church for while. I hope to get back to get pics inside soon. Thought it deserved the HDR treatment to bring out the textures and shadows.
Thank you all so much for your comments and response to yesterdays photo! I was so humbled by the great comments, favs, and views, so thank you!!
@boycotting Thank you Justin! @swguevin Thank you Sheila! I am using Photomatix for my HDR. I have really found this application to be fairly easy to use and it has lots of creative effects.
@100summits Thank you Matt! Yes, this is downtown at Shove Chapel. I took lots of pics and wanted to take a few inside, but they had a lecture going on. My husband and I were married there, so is special to me! @bdb3471 Thank you Brian! @mikew Thank you Michael! @bobbyj Thank you Bobby! @sharonaddison Thank you Sharon. @exposure4u sweet! I shot my only wedding at Shove Chapel - it was my wife's brother's wedding. Tough venue to photograph a wedding in! Love the light in there though! =)
@100summits I was just remembering what a light issue it was almost 17 years ago!! That was before the DSLR and I was thinking it would have made things much easier now! Our photographer actually did well considering the lighting!
