Just happened to get close enough to this deer as she grazed among the wildflowers in Yankee Boy Basin. I had seconds to shoot and then she noticed me and darted off. I wasn't even sure I captured her in focus until I had a chance to preview my photos. Always refreshing to be in nature and witness such beauty and the animals that grace the landscape.
