In general it is hard to chase these fast flyers. This dragonfly kept returning to the same blade of grass, so I was able to manually pre-focus until he landed again.
Excellent capture - and well done with the focus. I recently spent half an hour following one round and round the same area, waiting for him to land! He did eventually :-)
