The sap is flowing strong
Went to a friend's sugar camp to learn how to tap a tree to make maple syrup. Such a nice, warm and sunny day.
Very enjoyable day.

We tapped our trees up north two weeks ago. Still waiting for the right conditions to go up and boil off. If you can't wait for syrup, use the raw sap to make tea with; it tastes divine!
