I often use the camera as a tool to record things that happen on the farm such as animal injuries, planting days, and adverse weather events. I can even email the photos to the vet to ask for his advice and save myself a vet bill.
I took 23 photos of the damage done to our solar system as evidence of the frost heaves. It will need to get repaired, and thankfully, it is still under warranty,
This photo shows how much this concrete footing was lifted by frost. Each footing was lifted a different amount so the aluminum racking holding the solar panels is getting twisted.
I'd heard of frost heaving, but have never actually seen it happen. Thought digging below the frost line was supposed to prevent that. Whoever installed your system should be responsible for the damage.
