Hubby was at the kitchen table waiting for me to serve him supper (the boy likes to dream!) when this Great Blue Heron landed on the top of the tree quite close to our house.
I cannot pass up an opportunity to get a picture of this - it seldom happens!
Sometimes wish I had a better zoom - but hey - then I would want an even bigger one when objects were that much further away!
