The Glengarry Cattlemen's Association has a summer tour and barbeque every year where we visit a couple of farms as well as a non-farming local point of interest.
We started at Beau's Brewery before moving onto this fellow's cow and calf operation. He has 23 Simmental cows that have the friendliest calves I have ever seen. These youngsters followed him around like puppy dogs!
It was obvious that he gets out amongst them for hours on end, and the calves know that they will get an affectionate pat when they join him.
