Went on a photo shoot on New Year's Day with our Australian friends while they were here. My old D80 was acting up, and this was one of the last shots taken with it.
I loved the way the sun shone on this horse shoe hanging on a barn door.

Lovely rustic capture. While H and I were out walking on Sunday we found a horse shoe laying in a muddy field. We picked it up and are going to clean it up and hang it on the front of our house. It just seemed right to rescue it before a big tractor came along and broke it up 😉😊
