I knew right away that this lonely house sitting in the middle of a freshly plowed field would serve as the response to this week's get pushed challenge from Amanda Powell @froggie0628, who asked for a minimalist photo.
I love living in farm country, but would like to have a few more trees around than this!
Here's my first attempt at minimalism, Amanda @froggie0628.
It's not your classic minimalism shot, but I find the house surrounded by empty space intrigues me.
I really like this!!! Sorry I haven’t been on all week, my mom has been really sick and in the hospital!!! Been dealing with her, long work days and Thanksgiving. Maybe I can get to my challenge tomorrow!!!
We're paired for get pushed... what do you think about experimenting and doing a shot using some tin foil? you can use it as a backdrop for reflections, or to create bokeh... or you can wrap it around your lens to frame an image and bounce light around... or use it any other way you can think of...
let me know if that works for you... if not, i'll come up with something else..

This is a great challenge - thank you!
