Those of Scottish origin will recognize how this location got the name Kirkhill. As a matter of fact, there is another church right across the road from this one, but unseen in the photograph. Another entry for the new landscape challenge.

WAAY too much snow - and hard to get landscape shots when all around you there is nothing but fields of white.
And we are getting more as we speak - grrr - I hate winter!
Am amazed that you managed to get this before it was 'carved up' by vehicles etc. We have so little snow, it's a pleasant change to see it. Having said that, a packet of snow like this could quickly change my attitude.
I think we can see a bit of the steeple from the unseen church on the left. I like how this landscape is set off so nicely by the fence, and framed so well by the trees.
