This is the centre shot that was to be my Brenizer method get pushed challenge but something went wrong ..
There were 31 shots taken (way too many I think) and they did stitch together nicely but the merge in Lightroom took over three hours and the export into Photoshop was lengthy as well.
Every single edit I needed to do also took a long time (but then - the file was 1.84 GB and yes - that is Giga with a G) so I think it was just too big a file for my computer to handle.
But - I was patient and worked through it all and eventually came out with a decent pano.
The JPEG I saved was even huge (36.1 mb) but I did keep reducing it down until I got a 10 mb size that should upload to 365.
Except it did not.
I kept getting a "You have photos waiting to upload - click here" messages but would not do anything when I clicked on the message.
Sooo ...
Lesson learned.
I overdid it when I made the pano. I made the overlap of each photo way too big and used way too many photos,
DO NOT use more than 15 or 20 photos to stitch together. Take your time and make sure you have a good overlap but try to keep the number of shots down to a manageable level for your computer.
Adi @adi314 - my second attempt looks pretty on my computer screen but unfortunately it won't go anywhere else!
I had fun with this challenge and learned a whole lot both with the technique and with post processing. (I can lasso and fill a blank space using content aware now - lol!)
Thank you so much and i will tag you when I get a good example of this technique done this summer.
Nice shot of DH & your dog. My branzier panos were posted on August 19 & 20, 2018. In one I used 14 and another I used 6. They really do use a lot of memory while processing.
@shannejw
The very smallest I got was 10 MB and I think we are able to load anything up to 25 MB (though I could be wrong about that)
I do know that I have uploaded photos of 15 MB and had no problems so I do not think it is the size but the processing. I did some auto fill in the corners so I may crop the photo and see what happens.
Got to love challenges like these - they truly are learning experiences!
